This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit rylmotion.com or contact me, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
2. Visiting the website
The website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no advertising and no social media plugins. Fonts, photos and videos are served from the website’s own server, so no data is sent to third parties such as Google Fonts or YouTube while you browse.
Like every web server, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser and operating system. This data is used only to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider, after which it is deleted.
3. When you contact me
If you write an e-mail, call, or send a message on Instagram, I process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep this communication for as long as it is needed for our cooperation, and at most three years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting records related to an invoice).
Instagram is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; messages sent there are also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website uses only what is necessary, and anything beyond that only with your consent.

5. Who receives the data
Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be processed by the website hosting provider and by my e-mail provider, only to the extent necessary to run these services, and by public authorities where the law requires it. I do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area myself.
6. Your rights
- access to your personal data and a copy of it,
- correction of inaccurate data,
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
